Hello,
In fact I would like to know whether it's possible to
merge and deliver two different presentations on one
screen without changing their templates. I mean both
presentations should keep their original templates while
being delivered at the same time (on same screen). I've
searched through the Web and through Microsoft Office Help
but could not find any solution to my problem. Hence I
decided to contact someone from the Newsgroup.
Thanking you in anticipation and hoping to hear from you
soon.

Kevin,

It's always useful to mention what version of powerpoint you are using. As
microsoft keep changing things from time to time.

PowerPoint 97 and 2000
The best place to learn about how to use (or look like you are using) more
than one template is the "multiple masters" page at
http://www.echosvoice.com

For powerpoint 2002/XP and 2003 it can happily manage more than one slide
master

presentations without changing their respective templates.

Kevin - I think I have the answer to your question as I figured out how to do this procedure a couple of weeks ago. I created one presentation and at the end of that I added a presentation that I had on file. Each one had a distinctive template.

Go to the Insert Tab and select Insert slides from files. Select the file you want to insert. I checked the keep source formatting and all the slides maintained their original appearance. I happen to need all of the slide in the file, but you can pick and choose which ones to insert if you like.
