I have a "window" which appears every time I start my
computer (Windows XP Home Edition). This pops up before
I can access the programs on the Desktop. The Item is
entitled: Boudreau.exe and then has CoolType.dll also in
it. I have been clicking the "X" or the "OK" to get it
out of the way, but I am unable to delete it. How can I
delete this? It does not show up on the Add/Remove
Programs listing. Note: I am not a "techy", so any
instructions will need to be very simple & 1,2,3, etc.
Thanks to anyone for their help. Much appreciated.

Ron,

1. Start - Run - msconfig
2. go to Startup Tab.
3. Find the entry that deals with boudreau.exe and
uncheck it.
4. OK and restart.

Next, you need to get rid of the file.
5. Go to http://www.wyvernworks.com/lavasoft.asp and
download Ad Aware.
6. Install and run this program which will find any
malware or spyware and delete it.
7. Live happily ever after
