Mary Ann

I have bought a used computer that had Windows2000 on it,
and I do not have the password needed to open it. How do
I delete Windows2000 from my system so I can install
WindowsXP?

Thanks,
Mary Ann

Hi Mary Ann may I suggest that if you have a win 95 or 98
booth disk you can run 'F disk' and clean the hard drive,or
just booth the pc with your win xp disk and do a fresh
install of xp instead of upgrading to xp.
Hope this works.
