I’m using MS Window 2003 Server which runs terminal services. I want to
delete a couple user folders in Documents and Settings; however when I try to
do this, I get the following error message: “Cannot delete NTUSER.dat. It is
being used by another person or program.†I deleted these users from Active
Directory on the main server, from terminal services, and there are no
programs running on the computer containing these user folders. What do I
have to do so I can delete these folders?

You may have to reboot the machine on which these files are located.
