Deleting the Extra Personal Folders in Outlook

I just migrated to a new WinXP Computer. In addition to the one Personal
Folder that I use, it created a couple extra Personal Folders. When I
right-click and try and delete them, it is not allowed.

What is the easiest procedure for deleting those extra Personal Folders?
Each of those Personal Folders has required folders like Inbox, Sent etc...
that I do NOT wish to use. I ONLY want to use the one PErsonal Folder that
I normally use.

Any suggetsions or resources?
