Deleting Text

I've downloaded, copied and pasted info from a data base into a word doc. I need to delete the same text that that appears on every other page. How can I delete this text by using a few commands instead of going page by page?
 
One way would be to do a Find and Replace finding the text
you wish to delete and replacing with nothing.
