I have completed my movie and burned the disk. Now, what do I do with the
songs and pictures that are still on my Windows Movie Maker? Even when I
click on "new project". Can I just delete them without removing them from my
Picasa picture file?

======================================
The source files (music / pictures / videos) are
not actually saved in Movie Maker...it just records
the path in the .mswmm project file.

If you do *not* plan to re-edit the project_yes_you
can delete the thumbs from your Collections pane.

If your project is just still shots and music...you might
like PhotoStory 3...it's a better app for creating video
slide shows.

PhotoStory 3 For Windows

or...
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/photostory/default.mspx
(yes...it will run on Vista but not Win7)
