deleting search info

how do i go about deleting search info. for example if i am msn.com and want
to search the web if i click i can see all of the previous sites viewed by
other i cannot delete this info.
 
Hi,
If using IE6...
Internet Options> Content> Autocomplete> Clear forms. You can also disable
the various autocomplete features from here.

If using IE7...
Internet Options> General> Browsing History> Delete> (next screen)> Form
data> Delete forms.

I had the same problem a while ago but if you rest your cursor on the
items in the search box keep hitting the delete button on your
keyboard and it all goes away.
