Hey group. who knows how to delete the history from the google search box. I
tried deleting cookies and the TIF file but no luck. Can't even find the
google files in the hard drive. Thanks in advance, skyman

If you mean in the Google toolbar...
They are not files. They are Registry entries held in a key like:
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-967639330-2229660306-2391214787-1004\Software\Google\NavClient\1.1\History
If you want to clear the search, there is an option to clear search
history in the Google toolbar.

If you mean in Google without the toolbar, then have you tried
IE-Tools-Internet Options-Content-AutoComplete?

How to Use the AutoComplete Feature in Internet Explorer:

You can delete an individual entry by highlighting it and pressing the
Delete key.

You can delete all entries by clicking Tools | Internet Options | Content |
AutoComplete | Clear Forms, but this will delete ALL saved information on
forms.
