A Alan Apr 16, 2009 #2 Yes it will do. If you have on Sheet1, Cell H1 = Sheet2!A1 and you then delete Row 1 in Sheet2, the cell reference no longer exists. Excel will not automatically change the reference to the new row. Regards, Alan.
