Deleting right click menu items

My roommate downloaded Yahoo Assistant. It has added
several items to my right click menu (whicj I use
frequently to go Back when browsing). How do you
eliminate items from the right click menus? Pretty much a
newbie here so any and all suggestions welcome. BTW,
roommate was sufficiently thrashed for downloading junk
like this. Thanks.

instead of using right-click to browse back try pressing
the backspace (<--) key.
