Deleting Photos

Recently, A photo was downloaded using Limewire onto my computer. I tried to
delete it, but It wont delete!

I've tried moving it to the recycle bin.
I've tried going to file- Delte
And I've tried to click the link "delte this file"

Nothing Works. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Is this file in a folder? Is it a desktop background?

It might be worth a try to boot into safe mode and delete it.

Right click on this file and click on Properties on the opening menu. Look
at the bottom of the opening window for Attribute.
If there is a check in the Read only box, remove it. Then try deleting.
