Using MS Windows xp & MS Office 2002
While trying to print Christmas card mailing labels from
MS Outlook Contacts, using Mail Merge, I found the
selected contacts did not appear in the label document.
I found the above article & followed it, but with the
same result. I think my problem is that MS Word does not
find the correct Personal Folder. I have about 6
Personal Folders in my Outlook Folder File, some of which
are blank. I tried to delete the superfluous Personal
Folders, but there doesn't seem to be any way to do so.
Using Edit>Delete isn't a choice.
Can any good soul help me with this? It would be highly
appreciated.
