Please turn off caps-lock. There's likely a reason that printed materials
(newspapers, magazines, brochures, web pages, etc...) do not use all
upper-case lettering throughout the entire publication. My guess would be
that it is difficult to read and that it could look like you are shouting
all the time.

You seem to have presented two seperate issues...

1) A password on an Excel workbook... (Assuming you mean Excel Spreadsheet
File...)
2) A password on your memory stick (could be that or some sort of
encryption...)

Which is it?

If you copy the file from the memory stick to your desktop (on your
computer) and open it from the desktop - does it still ask for a password?

Did you have to enter any password to access the files on the memory stick
in the first place?
