Deleting Outlook Express Contacts

I just by mistake deleted seven addresses in outlook. Is there anyway to get
them back. I tried System Restore to a day earlier but to no avail. Please
Advise!

Are you in OUTLOOK or OUTLOOK EXPRESS??? If you deleted them and have since
ran a System Restore, they are most likely gone. Have you gone through your
SENT Items folder to see if they can be gleaned from an outgoing email?
