When surfing the net, there are three websites that always revert back to 16
Aug 05. Refresh causes them to update but the next time I select them it
back dates to Aug16th. I have tried to delect cookies, temp files, and
cleared the cache. I eliminated any restore dates. Any ideas would be
appreciated.

Possible Third-party solution:

System Security Suite (3S) is a program designed to remove internet tracks
and junk files from your computer. It allows you to delete Cookies,
clear Internet Explorer Cache, delete index.dat Files, clear Typed URLs,
Windows Temp Folder and much more.

While not on the site try Tools | Internet Options | Clear Files. It may
take a while.

It might help us if you would let us know the URLs. There is a possibility
that they are somehow not updating the date when updating the site but I
have no idea how. What setting do you have at "tools/internet
options/temporary internet files/settings/check for newer versions of stored
pages"?
