Is there a way of deleting the netowrk connections made
so I can start over again.
Both computers are running Windows XP. We have that
lovely satellite internet. We had two computers networked
before. One laptop (running windows ME) and the main
computer on Xp. Worked fine.
We switched host computers and now his doesn't bring up
any web pages or Outlook Express.

Old Network connections should remove themselves in about
24 hrs. Or you can go into your Nethood folder and delete
them there.

On your new host. Have you installed the satellite
communication software from the ISP. Have you enabled ICS
on the connection to the satellite modem. Then reboot the
laptop.

Go to Device Manager and un-install the network adapter that's
associated with the network connection. That will delete the
connection. When Windows XP re-installs the network adapter, it will
create a new network connection.
