In my in box I have a message which say's :- Subject - Mail delivery
failed: returning mail to sender.
In the subject box I have a message which say's :- Message could not
be displayed
Windows Mail encountered an unexpected problem while displaying this
message. Check your computer for low memory or low disk space and try
again.

Tried everything I can think of to delete this message. All other mail
delivery's are okay in Windows Mail.

Help would be appreciated.

Thanks

If you have McAfee or Norton antivirus, uninstall it. Reboot and try
Windows Mail again. Once you get your email working properly,
download and install a less troublesome antivirus program such as the
free Avast. Whichever antivirus program you keep, be sure to
disable its email scanning option.

If the undeletable message is still in your inbox, mark it 'read'
and ignore it for now. There are ways to start WinMail with a clean
slate, but like any drastic surgery some risk is involved.

Thanks for your reply. The message came to my mail box when I was using
MacAfee. I am now using NOD 32,so I will disable email scanning in this and
ignore the message as you suggest and hope for a easy remedy soon from MS.
