Good afternoon, I a moving to a new machine, I have
Outlook 2003 on XP Professional on both machines.
Everything moved over and is running just fine, except
for one annoying setting. I am stuck connecting to an
IMAP server and on the old setup, when I deleted a
message, it actually deleted it from the inbox
(technically moved it to a "trash" folder) and then
opened up the next message in the reading pane. I have
copied the settings on the new machine exactly as they
were on the old machine BUT when I delete a message from
the inbox, it simply draws the line through the message
and says put on the deleted message, I actually have to
select the next message to open it up. I can't find the
hidden setting that will move the deletes out and move to
the next new message, if someone can point me to that
setting I would be most appreciative. Thanks for your
help!

please forward the answer to me too, at (e-mail address removed). i'm having the same prob... ahhh!
