I currently have about 1,400 message in my Outlook 2003 "Junk E-mail"
folder. What I would like to do is to PERMENANTLY delete all of those
emails. I know that all I need to do is right click on the folder and
choose "Empty Junk E-mail folde", but I am concerned about this:
Currently, I have my Outlook 2003 configured that all email that is deleted
from within the InBox be SAVED in the "Deleted Items" folder. I am afraid
that if I empty my Junk E-Mail folder that all of those emails will be
"moved" to the "Delete Items" folder. How can I make sure that this won't
happen?
What I want on my system is that all copies of my emails from Sent Items and
Inbox be left in the Deleted Items folder, and anything that I delete (or
Empty) from the Junk E-mail folder be wiped from my Outlook 2003 with no
copies of them residing anywhere.
Thanks!
