Deleting Locked Files

To delete files that you CANNOT delete at the command prompt NOR can
you figure which process has the file locked you must
go to security tab
advanced

I can't believe no one has yet to posted this. It took me an hour of
searching and trying different things, before I figured this.

Those file are locked because the file it's currently in use. You must End
Task it and delete it.
