Hello,

I run Windows XP Home Edition. When I go to Search,
Files, ".jpg files", quite a number of files comes up.
Are these files taking up room on my hard drive? If yes,
is there a way for me to delete them? When I hit Select
All and try to delete, I am not able to. What gives?

Thanks for any help you might be able to give me.

If you search for..... *.jpg .....you will find
all the .jpg files on your hard drive...however
some of the files may be necessary as graphics
in some of your installed programs. Be careful
what you delete.

That said....it's possible that the files you cannot
delete may be in your recycle bin. Empty your
recycle bin and do another search.
