deleting jpeg files

deleted files in program then emptied recycle bin, but when I do a search
through thmenu I can still see the image, but when you try to delete again it
onlt gives you the option to restore. How do I get these images off my hard
drive completely?
 
You should post to a MS.Public.Windows NG based on the O/S like XP or
others. This is a .Net programmer's NG.
