Deleting History Files

Until recently I have been able to delete old internet
files in my history box by following the directions
provided in Explorer (Tools, Internet Options, General,
etc.). Now the 'General' option is gone from 'Internet
Options'. My choices are: Security, Privacy, Content,
Connections, and Advanced.

Your help is appreciated.
