Deleting files!!!

How do I delete a file from the hard drive that does not
want to be deleted.I am not so good with computers. I know
I have to go into CMD and then type the file name. But how
would I type the file name up any examples on how it would
look??

D and scroll to Can't delete files and folders.
The cmd entry should look like this if filename is for example
driver.cab: RD /S C:\Windows\\DriverCache\i386\Driver.cab

Deleting files!!!
