why cant i delete file...i am the administrator and the only one on the
computer so why does it tell mr i need permission and declines the task...

Hi, Lisa,

Are you running at the CMD prompt, or working in Windows Explorer?

If working at the CMD prompt, right click it and select Run as
Administrator.

Working in Windows Explorer, right click the Directory and select Run as
Administrator.

This raises your operating level to a higher access.

What file are you trying to delete and where is it located?

Hey Rock, don't mess with all that stuff;
1-=-Left click on the deleted messages folder
2-=Right click on the message you want to delete
3-=Left click on the highlighted message.
GONE
You can only do this for single messages, do not "Select All" as it does not
work.

Hope this hel;ps
