Deleting Files on a Network Drive??

I have a desktop running vista with an external hard drive that I am sharing
and am trying to access it using my laptop also running vista. I can do
everything except delete files and folder?? Any Ideas???

When you shared the drive did you allow full control, adding or deleting
files?
