What's the best way to completely delete Mini DV files
I've loaded into my PC? I want to icrease my
availability of my 512 ram and improve my systems
resources. Also, any other hints for speeding up pc and
removing old obsolete files that just take up space would
be appreciated. Cheers! Jim

I'm having a similar but much worse problem. My computer
has downloaded spyware. That means ads constantly pop up
on my computer wether I'm on the internet or just playing
a game. The best and yet hardest way is a total reboot.
This is not reccomended without first realizing what this
means. E-mail me at (e-mail address removed) if you need
to know more. Other wise just a good old disk cleanup
under system tools helps. =)

Hard drive space and RAM are two different things. Deleting things from the
drive doesn't free up memory. Are you having some particular problem, or are
you just trying to get rid of things you don't use?

I guess I bundled that question together a bit. I Have
two issues at hand... My RAM is at a much higher percent
than it used to be and the PC seems to be jerky when I'm
gaming and slower than usual. How exactly do I lower my
RAM % used? Also my C drive is quite full and I have
these mini dv film clips that I want to remove as I add
new ones. They sure take up a lot of space! I'm trying
to find out how to completely remove these files from my
PC. When I delete in "Studio 8" they are still on the
PC. I want my "System Resources" % to be higher as well.
Where do I go in order to delete these unwanted files for
good and free up hardrive space?

Cheers!
Jim
