Deleting File

We have a fax in our inbox, that we can't read or delete. This is the
"detail" message it gives me: Fax messages could not be found.(7009,
2200001679). Could someone please advise me how to delete this fax?. It
always comes up and says "operation cannot be completed". I tried deleting,
saving, etc, and nothing works. Thank you for your help.
 
Can you be specific on the term "Inbox"? Is it the Inbox in Windows XP Fax
Console or something else?
