Deleting file not found in delete install in contrtol panel

I have a programe called Vectorworks my daughter installed on my C drive. I
can't find it on the control panel, install / remove programs area and it
doesn't appear on the start all programs list. How do I delete it from my PC?

It looks like you may be able to delete the program folder and
Registry entries, though it seems dependent on the version.
