DELETING ERROR

A file that was in the temporary internet files is in the recycle bin. but
when i try to delete it from the recycle bin i get an error message that
says cannot find specified file verify the correct filename or path.etc can
someone please help

Hi Joshua,

Try deleting in Safe Mode (press Ctrl + Alt + Del twice before log on)
