Help!!
I have a table with a list of client names, names of
witnesses and comments. My second table contains the
list of the clients and numerous different admission
dates. I ran a query (1127 entries) with a parameter
showing me who was there during the time frame from the
numerous dates of admissions. Problem: When the query
runs, it gives me duplicate information. How do I stop
the duplicate information so that when I run my report, I
just have 1 result and not numerous same information with
different dates of admissions? I ran the duplicate
wizard and 257 are duplicates. I set the properties in
Unique Value to Yes which didn't work (the query ran 1119
entries) and I also set the properties in Unique Records
to Yes with no results (showed all 1127 entries).
Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
