Deleting Duplicates in spreadsheet

I have about 2,500 records, and want to delete any duplicates there may be. I tried filtering, but it did not help. Any suggestions?
 
If you're not comfy with code, you could try Advanced Filter.

Probably best to filter the unique ones to a new sheet. Click on eg: Sheet2
A1, then Data -- Filter -- Advanced Filter. Go back to the main sheet and
select the range so that this shows up in List Range. Action = copy to
another location, this should jump you back to Sheet2 A1. Click in Copy To,
click on A1. Check Unique Records Only, click OK.
