Deleting Duplicate Outlook e-mail messages

Can someone please suggest a good method of deleting dupe e-mail
messages in various Outlook 2003 folders (besides, doing so manually)?

There are a variety of de-duplicators (including our own at
http://www.lbetoolbox.com/). Just do a google for outlook deduplicator.
