I have a 320 hard drive partitioned into two 160 drives, have XP on one (C)
and Windows 7 on the other (D), i want to get rid of the Windows 7 and make
it all one drive keeping the XP one.

If i format D and merge that to C will that suffice ? i dont want it to keep
asking me at boot up which OS to select.

any help appreciated

Cheers

My anti-malware utilities (ZoneAlarm firewall and anti-virus)
block the site as containg malware. In general, clicking on a

Why not just post the entire URL? The day of the trusted
TinyURL has passed.

If a user is skilled enough to analyze the text of a link, he should
not be afraid of clicking on a link. I'm not.

Checkout FDISK's infamous /MBR -- I run it on general principles,
although its saved my butt a couple of times with embedded crap-outs
resulting from Norton or boot-loaders

Why would you not want to format the Windows 7 partition after
deleting?? If you want to make your HDD all one partition I can see
it, but a person wants to keep it a separate partition, what would be
the problem with formatting it after the un install?? Just wondering!
