DELETING DISSPAIR

Is there any way i can restore my computer to a previous
state. I had deleted and uninstalled a lot of things,ALL
MY CD, DVD ,FLOPPY DRIVES and a hell of a lot of files
and fplders.

My recycle bin is empty,system restore was dissabled ,so
can't restore to a previous point and worst of all my
restore cds were bent out of shape from being left on tp
of a radiator.

I have an emachines 810 if that helps
 
I think the only thing that will help is to contact E machine and ask for
another set of restore CD's
