Deleting disconnected network drive

How do I delete a disconnected network drive in Explorer? I get a message telling me Windows cannot find the path. Why does it reappear whenever I reboot? This is causing problems.
 
go to my computer and right click on the drive that is
appearing you want rid of.. Click on DISCONNECT and it
should stop it...
