deleting corrupt temporary internet files

There's something going on in my temporary internet files
folder. I can't seem to delete the files inside that
folder. When I manually try to view that folder it locks
up. It is also affecting my Disk Cleanup...it won't even
open. All attempts of getting to this folder results in
freezing windows. Please Help!!!

Try rebooting into Safe Mode and doing it there.
