Hi,
When you clear the cache from Internet Options> General, the content.ie5
folder and subfolders should also clear. Be sure to click on "Delete offline
content" when that dialog pops up.
If you delete the subfolders (with the random names) they will be recreated.
If, due to corruption, you *do* need to delete content.ie5 and the
sub-folders, you should delete the entire Temporary Internet Files folder.
That's safer that deleting individual files or sub-folders.
