I am trying to delete a record from a table. The record
is auto-number and indexed with no duplicates
permitted. When I try to delete the field I get the
following message "the search key was not found in any
record".

Any suggestions

Hi Bob,

Sounds like corruption whether you are using Replication or not.

Try first installing the latest version of the Microsoft JET Database
Engine, see: http://support.microsoft.com/?id=239114

Should that not change anything try Repairing your database. If you
already performed Compact/Repair and that did not resolve it then use
JETCOMP.exe, see:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;273956

I hope this helps! If you have additional questions on this topic, please
respond back to this posting.
