Deleting an E-mail

I have a 4 month old lap top with Vista. I am unable to delete or send an
E-mail that is stuck in my out box. This seems to have made it impossile to
send any E-mails. I have tried everything I know how to do. I need help.

You should also apply this fix afterwards...

And give serious consideration to removing the most likely cause,
Norton or McAfee antivirus software, if you are one of their victims.
