I am the only person who uses this computer, so I do not
really want the all users user account is there a way to
remove it? I neveruse it, and it is a bit pointless.

Having a User Account is not "pointless".

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: ADMINISTRATOR
and hit enter. The click on "Why you should not run your computer
as an administrator".

The All Users account is part of the structure of the Windows XP operating
system, as is the Default User, the Guest Account and the Administrator
Account. You can ignore them if you wish.

This is far from true.

The fact is most programs make their own decision as to whether they
will install to all users, or to the current user.. so when editing
things as simple as the start menu, one must always check both places.

In time, the OP may come to recognize the importance of XP's other accounts.
For now, the OP only wants to deal with one account. He is free to do that
and ignore the others as he wishes.
