Deleting Advanced Properties on JPEG Files

Hi, what I'm trying to do is get rid of some of the advanced properties that
appear with the JPEG files in My Pictures. I'm creating a picture disc for
some customers and I'd like to get rid of the time, date and camera model
stamps that appear when you hold the mouse over the image, so that the only
thing seen will be the notes I've added for the image. Any help with this
would be greatly appreciated,

You can use this:

The info in the advanced properties is called EXIF file.
You can search the Internet for "Delete EXIF file" and probably find some
free software to do this.
