Deleting a user

Hi

I will be getting new computer here at work in the next couple of days, (yes!!!!) but before I turn in the old one I want to completly erase my contact, calendar, thask list, and e-mail files. I will be exporting the files prior to deleting them. But the question is, How do I do it and get ALL of the data? The I.T. guy here dosen't use Outlook, (most everyone else here uses Novell) and has no idea.

Don't use Export. Simply locate your PST file and copy it to some transport
medium, like CD.
But the question is, How
do I do it and get ALL of the data?

Your PST file contains ALL of your Outlook data, with the possible exception
of Personal Address Book, which hasn't been used by Outlook since OL 98.
