Ben

I installed a custom application onto my Outlook 2000 on my laptop
running Windows ME. As such, a new menu/drop down is added between
Actions and Help on the Outlook menu bar. I went to the Control Panel
-> Add/Remove Programs and removed the plug-in from my computer but
the menu won't go away. Can someone please help me?

Thank you very much.

Try View | Toolbars | Customize. You should be able to drag the menu command
off the menu toolbar.

Sue or anyone else, the "Feedback" menu isn't listed on the Customize
Menu and unchecking it or deleting it doesn't get rid of the menu that
is listed btwn Actions and Help. I have a feeling this wasn't built
correctly...any other measures I can employ to get this plug-in off my
computer? Thanks a lot, Ben

As I think you described it (hard to know for sure since you didn't quote
the earlier message), Feedback is a menu, not a separate toolbar. That's why
you don't see it in the Customize menu. See my message below -- you need to
drag that command off the toolbar.
