I am trying to delete a hkcu through a gpo I am getting permission
denied message when the script runs as the user doesn't have local
admin rights.

Any other way to do this ??

Howdy!

You could either try to do this with a computer startup script or write
yourself a adm-template that disables/deletes your regkey.

cheers,

I am not familer with writing adm templates , not sure if computer
startup script will work as its hkcu . Any examples on how to write adm
templates (can that be run as a admin )

I downloaded the product after I make registry changes , how those
changes will be pushed put to the clients by using polregcl.msi (where
can I download that ) and will that product combine all the changes
made to the registry as a msi package ??

RTFD.

PolicyMaker™ Registry Extension freeware doesn't use an msi file.
You simply configure the registry add/delete/change, in this case in the User configuration,
using GPMC, and group policy pushes out the changes.
