deleting a record

We upgraded a user to officeXP. She is trying to delete a
record and gets the error message: The search record key
was not found in any record. Any ideas out there?

It is likely to be a Reference Error since the existing database may expect
a Reference at one location but the new OXP may have the Reference at
another location.

Another possibility is database corruption.
