Can anyone tell me if I can perform a message recall and have all the
messages automatically deleted from the recipients machine without them even
knowing about it in the first place?

Is the recipient in the same Exchange organization as you? Maybe... Ask
your Exchange administrator.
If the recipient is not in your Exchange organization, sorry.

If recall works, yes, this will happen. However, recall rarely works and
there are a lot of things that can prevent it from working. It only works
with other users of the same exchange server.

And on top if what the others have said, if the person doesn't read the recall
notice first, it won't remove the recalled message.

They don't need to read it, but outlook needs to be open to process it. In
my experience, it can take up to 2 min for outlook to process the recall.
