Deleting a program

When I attempt to delete a program using the add/ remove program section of
Control Panel, after clicking the Change / remove button, I get the message
"There are other users logged on to this computer If you uninstall the
program while another user is running it, the program might not uninstall
completely. To properly change or remove this program, switch to and log off
each user before continuing"
Whatever I do, (continue or switch user.) nothing seems to happen.

Any ideas? and how do you log off the other user? I thought I was logged off
by using my ID.

Hi,

Hit ctrl+shift+escape, go to the users tab and select each user in turn and
log them off. Then retry uninstalling the software.

Thanks Rick, that worked great.
I hope I got the software all uninstalled, because it is one of those ones
that "cling" to the computer. Anyway, the logoff worked fine.
