Deleting a program

I have a preware program that is called ASA -prepware. I tried to remove
it in the add/remove folder and it will not delete. Is there anything i can
do to remove it?

Download and install a free program called CCleaner from www.ccleaner.com

Once installed, click on the Tools button and there will be a button to the
right to 'delete entry'. This a great little program.
